Our upcoming August 23 cruise will have a Carnaval theme, therefore we’ll have a few, beautiful Samba dancers on board.  Enjoy their colorful costumes or watch them dance to the rhythm of the drum.

Samba is a Brazilian dance that has roots from Africa + is a symbol of Carnaval.  The word Samba means to “pray” because Samba initially began in the 19th century as prayer music.
